Calvin Kwong, MD [鄺君誠醫生]

INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST

Calvin Kwong is a native of San Francisco. He is excited to be serving the community back at home after living in Los Angeles, CA for undergrad (UCLA), New York City for medical school (SUNY Downstate), San Jose, CA for internal medicine residency (Santa Clara Valley Medical Center), San Francisco, CA for echocardiography fellowship (UCSF), and Los Angeles, CA for general cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships (Harbor-UCLA).

Dr. Kwong is board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, echocardiography, and cardiac CT. In addition to treating general cardiovascular diseases, he also specializes in percutaneous coronary and peripheral interventions as well as structural heart disease management and interventions such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and ASD/PFO closure. He also holds teaching roles for internal medicine residents at St. Mary’s Medical Center and Seton Medical Center.

Dr. Kwong currently sees office patients in both San Francisco and Daly City. He performs procedures at St. Mary’s Medical Center, CPMC Van Ness Campus, Seton Medical Center, and Mills Peninsula Medical Center.

He is fluent in Cantonese and can speak some medical Spanish.

Outside of work, he enjoys activities with his wife and three young children such as cooking, video games, and crafts.
