INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST

Bao Tran is an interventional cardiologist specializing in heart disease as well as peripheral vascular disease.  His education and training include Brown University, University of Pennsylvania, UCSF, UCLA, and Kaiser Permanente (LA).  His practice is focused on complex coronary interventions, advanced endovascular therapy (peripheral artery disease, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism), and superficial endovenous ablation.

He performs procedures at St Mary’s Medical Center, CPMC Van Ness Campus, Seton Medical, and other outpatient-based centers in Daly City and San Francisco.  He holds a teaching role for cardiology fellows at CPMC Van Ness Campus and medicine residents at St Mary’s Medical Center.
